List of Year 6 Students Admission to Secondary

Roles Involved: MOE - Manage Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_AD_004” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_AD_004 – Yr 6 student admission to Sec window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note:
User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

10. Click on the View Results button to view the report in excel format.
