Generate List of Absentees from Examination Report

This funtion allows the users to view the list of Absentees from a specific public examination.

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Click on the Search By dropdown and select Query Name

3. On the Search By field, enter information as given: 'MOE_RPT_EX_004' and click Search Button.

4. Click HTML link.

5. Select the Institution, Campus, Career, Term and Exam Type via lookup button.

6. Click onto View Results button.

7. The list of students issued with Statement of entry and their details will be shown on the page.
