Maintain Curriculum Materials Inventory

This function allows the users to keep track of the Curriculum Materials inventory which indicates the number of textbooks available, number of damaged textboks, etc.

Roles involved: Ministry of Education - Department of Curriculum Development Administrator

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Curriculum Materials Inventory.

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Click onto desired textbook/materials link to modify.

4. Modify the inventory details of the Textbook/Material.

Note:
Quantity on Hand = Quantity in Stock + Quantity on Loan.

5. Click Save button.
