Enter Awarded Scholarship Details

This function allows the users provide details of how to update the application status for individual scholarship application.

Roles Involve: MOE Scholarship Section - Verifier and Administrator

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Student Financials > Scholarship and Bursaries > Scholarship .

2. On the Find an Existing Value, Click on the magnifying glass symbol next to the Academic Institution field to initiate a prompt and enter the Student ID.

3. Select MOE01 from the prompt box to enter it into the Academic Institution field and enter the Student ID.

Note: Enter the IC Number instead if you don't know the Student ID or the Application ID. Also the magnifying glass can be used to search for the student.

4. Click the Search button. .

5. In the Scholarship Application Form page, click the Application Status dropdown field and choose the status as Awarded.

   Note: For Awarded applicants, please ensure that the Awarded Scholarship section is filled up.

6. Click Save button to save the changes.
