View Counselling case

This function allows the users to view the counselling cases handled individually.

Roles Involved: School Counselor

1. Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > School Counselling Log

Note:
Campus field will be auto populated based on user security. The school code reflect which school does the user belong to.

2. Fill in Reference Number field.

Note:
Reference number for counselling log is a unique set of id that is used to identify counselling cases. Reference number are populated in such format: CSL/YYYYMMDD-3 running digit number]. Example: CSL/20150104001

3. Select or key in Log Date

4. Click on Counselling Type drop-down menu to select counselling type.

Note:
The two type of counselling are: Individual and Group. Individual refer to counselling case with one individual student only. Meanwhile group counselling type have more than one student in one particular counselling log.

5. Specify School Counselling Status in the search parameter

6. Click on Counselling Reason drop-down menu to select counselling reason

Note:
Counselling reason ‘Discipline’ is reserved for the case referred by discipline teachers.

7. Click on Search button to search for specified school counselling log

8. User will be redirect to the selected school counselling log page.

9. If user wish to search all the counselling log that they have created, Simple click on Search button without filling up the search parameter. User will see full list of their counselling cases.

Note:
School Counsellor can only their own counselling cases only
