Absentee Info

This function allows the users to Record Absentee info for students who did not attend public examination, e.g PSR, GCEO, IGCSE, etc.

• Add Absentee Info
• Modify Absentee Info

Add Absentee Info

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Absentee Info

2. Click Add a New Value tab.

3. Select the Institution, Academic Career, Term, Session and Subject via lookup Button.

4. Select the Exam Type via dropdown list.

5. SelectExam Date.

6. Click Add button.

Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.

7. Select the Student ID via lookup button.

Note:
Only students enrolled to the exam subjects will be shown.

8. Select the Absentee Status via dropdown list.

9. Enter Remarks.

10. Click Save button.

Note:
When the page is saved, Updated by and Updated On will be automatically populated.

Modify Absentee Info

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Absentee Info

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Select the value from the Search Result.

4. Click on the [+] or [-] icon to Add or Remove Student.

5. Select the Student ID via lookup button.

6. Select the Absentee Status via dropdown list.

7. Enter Remarks.

8. Click onto Save button.
