Absentee Info
This function allows the users to Record Absentee info for students who did not attend public examination, e.g PSR, GCEO, IGCSE, etc.
Add Absentee Info
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary
Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Absentee Info
Select the Institution, Academic Career, Term, Session and Subject via lookup Button.
Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.
Note:
Only students enrolled to the exam subjects will be shown.
Note:
When the page is saved, Updated by and Updated On will be automatically populated.
Modify Absentee Info
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary
Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Absentee Info
Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.
