List of students identified for Sports achievement awards
This function allows the users to generate report for list of students identified for Sports achievements awards.
Roles Involved: School Award Officer
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Click on the Search By dropdown and select Query Name.
On the Search By field, enter information as given: ‘MOE_RPT_AW_002C’
Click onto the Search button.
On the results shown, click on the HTML link to run.
Click on the dropdown list and select the Award Type.
Select Campus via prompt button.
Select Start Date via prompt button.
Select End Date via prompt button.
Click View Results button to view the outcomes.
Click Excel Spreadsheet link to download.
Select Save File to save the report to your machine.
Click OK Button
A report will be shown in the Excel format.
