Generate School Counselling Statistics (Discipline Cases)

This function allows the users to generate report counselling cases of their student.

Roles Involved: School Counselling Head & Principals

1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

2. Select Query Name From the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_DI_SCHCSL in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Entered query name will be shown.

6. Search for the required query name and click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_DI_SCHCSL page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Start Date, End Date and Campus fields.

Note:
User can only prompt for their own school code. Query will not return any value if user try to prompt for other school.

9. Click on the View Result button.

10. The report will display all the counselling cases of specified school.

Note: School Counselling Head & Principals are only allowed to view their own school counselling cases report.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the Save button

13. View the result of the report in excel format.
