Update Incident Log
This function allows the users to update Incident Log. Upon update, school teacher can either: Confirm offence incident, Void Offence Incident or Cloass Offence Incident.
Confirm Offence Incident
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Discipline Incident Log  
- User will be re-direct to the searched incident log page 
- A pop out message will as for user confirmation. Click OK to proceed, Cancel to cancel  
Note:
After status has been ‘Confirmed’. User will not be allow to make any changes to the incident log, except for the action log.
Specify Action Taken
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Discipline Incident Log  
- User will be re-direct to the searched incident log page 
- Click Action Taken look-up button to choose list of action available  
Note: When action = ‘PMT’, meeting date and meeting place fields will be displayed. The filled meeting date and place value will be printed in the generated parent meeting letter.
Generate Disciplinary Letter
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Discipline Incident Log  
- User will be re-direct to the searched incident log page 
- Letter will be downloaded to the user computer. 
- Open the Letter file and made any changes before printing it out

You can save the discipline letter as word document on local folder for further edit.
Close Incident Log
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Discipline Incident Log  
- User will be re-direct to the searched incident log page 
- Click Save button to save the changes made. User will not be allowed to make any changes to the incident log.  
Void Incident Log
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
- Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Discipline Incident Log  
- A pop out message will as for user confirmation. Click OK to proceed, Cancel to cancel  
Note: After status has been ‘void’. User will not be allowed to make any changes to the incident log
