Maintain Teacher Electronic Address

This page allows user to maintain teacher personal data by searching and updating the teacher electronic address information.

Roles Involved: School Administrator - Teacher Records

Search and Update Teacher Electronic Address Information via Biographical Navigation

Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Teacher) > Biographical (Teacher) > Addresses/Phones > Electronic Addresses
Fill in the information of the teacher by either the ID, National ID (Eg: 00111111) to search.
Click on Search button or press enter on the keyboard.
User will be directed to Electronic Addresses page.
Click on Add button to add new electronic address.
Fill in the teacher electronic address in the blank row provided
Click on ‘-‘ button to delete electronic address.
A popup box will appear, click on OK button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel the deletion.
Click on Save button to save Electronic Address.

Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Teacher) > Add/Update a Person
Fill in the information of the teacher by either the ID, National ID (Eg: 00111111) to search.
Click on Search button or press enter on the keyboard.
User will be directed to Biographical Details page.
Click on Add button to add new electronic address.
Click on the drop down list to select Type of email.
Enter the Email Address field.
Tick Preferred box, for teacher preferred email contact.
Click on ‘-‘ button to delete the email address.
A popup box will appear, click on OK button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel the deletion.
Click on Save button to save the details.

Note: Please use Government email address that ends with moe.edu.bn or moe.gov.bn
