Maintain Student Athletic Participation

This function allows the users to maintain student personal data by searching and updating the student athletic participation information.

Roles Involved: Class Teacher, Student Registrar, School Admin - Student Records

Search and Update Student Athletic Participation

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Participation Data (Student) > Athletic Participation

2. To search enter the information of the student by either the Empl ID, National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).

3. Click on the Search button or press enter on the keyboard.

4. User will be directed to Athletic Participation page.

5. Click on ‘+' button on the top right of the outer box to add new athletic participation details.

6. Click on drop down list and select the type of Sport.

7. Click on drop down list and select the Athletic Participation.

8. Click on Save button to save the added athletic participation.
