Track Collection of Examination Result Slips from Department of Examinations

This function allows the users to track collection of Examination Result Slips from Department of Examinations (DE).

Update Collection Status of Examination Result Slip from Department of Examinations

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary

1. Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Track Examination Result Slip.

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Select the value from the Search Results.

4. Select Received? selection from the dropdown list.

5. Select Received Date.

6. Click on Save button.
