View BKK Counselling Cases

This function allows the users to search for their own counselling cases.

Roles Involved: BKK Counselor

1. Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > BKK Counselling

2. Fill Reference Number.

Note:
Reference number for BKK counselling log is a unique set of id that is used to identify counselling cases. Reference number are populated in such format: CSL/YYYYMMDD-3 running digit number]. Example: CSL/20150104001

3. Enter or select Log Date.

4. Select Counselling Type from drop-down menu.

5. Select BKK Counselling Status from drop-down menu.

6. Select Counselling Reason from drop-down menu.

7. Click Search button.

8. User will be re-directed to the specific counselling log based on search parameter.

9. To view all the BKK counselling cases, Simple click on Search button without filling up the search parameter. User will see list all BKK counselling cases.

Note:
BKK Counsellor can only search for their own counselling cases
