Generate Data for Class Scheduling
This function allows the users to generate data for class scheduling.
Generate List of Facilities
Role Involved: School Timetabling Admin
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.
Enter MOE_TT_INT_FAC in the Begins with field.
Click on the Search button.
The specified query will be listed down in the search result.
Click on the HTML link.
You will be directed to MOE_TT_INT_FAC page.
Select or Enter the values in the Institution, Acad Org, Career, Term and Session fields.
Click on the View Result button.
A list of the Facility Description and Facility ID will be listed down.
Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.
Click OK to Save the report.
View report in Excel.
Note: If the facility you want to use to create your timetable is not found in the result of this list, please create the Facility ID in the system. Refer to topic: Setup facility table. To get the updated list of facilities, repeat steps 1 - 13 again.
Generate List of Subjects
Role Involved: School Timetabling Admin
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.
Enter MOE_TT_INT_SUB in the Begins with field.
Click on the Search button.
The specified query will be listed down in the search result.
Click on the HTML link.
You will be directed to MOE_TT_INT_SUB page.
Select or Enter the values in the Institution, Career, Acad Org, Term and Session fields.
Click on the View Result button.
A list of the Subject Code, Subject Name and Government Code will be listed down.
Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.
Click OK to Save the report.
View report in Excel.
Note: If the new teacher(s) cannot be found in this list, please contact iNEIS™ Helpdesk to perform the necessary transfer/upload. To get the updated list of teachers, repeat steps 1 - 13 again.
Generate List of Teachers
Role Involved: School Timetabling Admin
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.
Enter MOE_TT_INT_TCH in the Begins with field.
Click on the Search button.
The specified query will be listed down in the search result.
Click on the HTML link.
You will be directed to MOE_TT_INT_TCH page.
Select or Enter the values in the Institution, Campus, Career, Term and Session fields.
Click on the View Result button.
A list of the Teacher Name and Employee ID will be listed down.
Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.
Click OK to Save the report.
View report in Excel.
Note: If the required Subject cannot be found in this list, please request the Subject from Department of Schools (JSS). Once the Subject has been added into the system, you can repeat Steps 1 - 13 to get the updated list.
