Record Textbooks Loaned

This function allows the users to record the textbooks/materials which was issued to their students and also for the School Textbook officer to keep track of the textbooks/materials loaned to School Teachers.

Record Textbooks Loaned to Students

Roles Involved: Class Teacher: Full Access ; Subject Teacher: Display Only

1. Navigate to Main menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Textbook Loan Inquiry

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Click onto desired textbook/material Title link.

4. Fill in the details into their respective fields. The guideline are as follows:

Note:
Click View All to show all students.

5. Click Save button to save page.

6. Updated By and Updated On will be updated after clicking Save button.

Note:

• To update students' record only when book is issued to student
• To update School Textbook Officer on textbooks loaned to students.
• To inform School Textbook Officer to update Curriculum Material Inventory after a textbook/material transaction.

Record Textbooks Loaned to Teachers

Roles Involved: School Textbook Officer

1. Navigate to Main menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Textbook Loan Inquiry(Teacher)

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Click onto desired textbook/material Title link.

4. To add another Teacher, click onto the '+' button and a new row will be inserted. to remove a Teacher, click onto the '-' button and a message box will ask for confirmation.

Note:
Click View All to show all Teachers.

6. Click onto Teacher ID Lookup button and select the Teacher from the list.

Note:
You may enter search parameters to narrow down list.

7. Click Save button to save page.

8. Updated By and Updated On will be updated after clicking Save button.

Note:

• To update record only when book is issued/returned student
• To update Curriculum Material Inventory each time there is a textbook/material transaction.
