List of Award Recipients by Academic Subjects
This function allows the users to generate report fot list of Award Recipients by Academic Subjects.
Roles Involved: School Award Officer
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer
Click on the Search By dropdown and select Query Name.
On the Search By field, enter information as given: ‘MOE_RPT_AW_001A’
Click onto the Search button.
On the results shown, click on the HTML link to run.
Select Institution via prompt button.
Select Career via prompt button.
Select Acad Org via prompt button.
Select Term via prompt button.
Select Session via prompt button.
Select Course ID via prompt button.
Click View Results button to view the outcomes.
Click Excel Spreadsheet link to download.
Select Save File to save the report to your machine.
Click OK Button
A report will be shown in the Excel format.
