Grading Basis Report

This function allows the users to generate the list of grading basis and ranges used in iNEIS™ system.

Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary, Sixth Form School Examination Secretary and Ministry of Education DS Manage Assessment Admin

1. Navigate to Main menu > Assessment and Exams > Reports > Grading Range of Assessments

2. On the Search By field, enter the range that you want to search.

3. Click on the Search button.

4. Click on the Run button to run the process.

5. Click on the OK button.

6. Take note of Process Instance number to view correct report and click on the Process Monitor link.

Note:
Process Instance number helps user to keep track that the report viewed is the one generated by themselves.

7. Click on the Refresh button.

Note:
Click the refresh button, until the following status has been reached:
Run Status: Success
Distributed Status: Posted

8. Click on the Save button to save the entry.

9. Click Go back to Grading Range of Assessment link.

10. Click on the Report Manager link.

11. Click on the Administration tab.

12. Click on the PDF file link.

13. A Report will be shown in the Pdf format.
