List of 6th Form Schools by District/ Zone/ Cluster/ Catchment Area

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Principal, Ministry of Education - Department of Schools Administrator and Reports for Department of Planning

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_RE_003” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_RE_003 – Sixth Form schools by catchment window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the dropdown list and select the District.

10. Click on the lookup button and select the Zone/Cluster.

11. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note:
User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

12. Click on the View Results button.

13. A pop-up box will appear for user to save the report. Click on the OK button.

14. A report will be shown in the excel format.
