Setup and Maintain Location Details
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Location Details such as:

Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of School Administrator
Location Details
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Location
User will be directed to the Location page.
Enter the Location Code.
Note:
Location Code is the same as Campus Code.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Location Address page where the Location details are shown.

Add Location Details
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Location
User will be navigated to the Location page.
Click on Add a New Value tab.
Enter the Location Code.
Note:
Location Code is the same as Campus Code.
Click on Add button.
User will be directed to Location Address page.
Enter the Effective Date.
Enter the Description which is the full name of school.
Enter the Short Description which is the first letter of the school name.
Enter the Country as ‘BRN’.
Click on Edit Address link to enter the school address.
User will be directed to Edit Address page.
Enter the address details.
Click on Ok button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel.
User will be directed back to Location Address page with the address populated.
Click on Phone link to enter the school phone number.
User will be directed to Phone Number page.
Enter the Telephone or Phone Extension or Fax Number.
Click on Ok button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel.
User will be directed back to Location Address page.
Click on Save button to save the record.

Update Phone Details
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Location
User will be directed to the Location page.
Enter the Location Code.
Note:
Location Code is the same as Campus Code.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Location Address page where the Location details are shown.
Click on '+’ button to update the phone number.
Click on Phone link.
User will be directed to Phone Number page.
Update the phone details.
Click Ok button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel.
User will be directed back to Location Address page.
Click on Save button to save the record.

Update Address Details
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Organization > Location
User will be directed to the Location page.
Enter the Location Code.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Location Address page where the Location details are shown.
Click '+’ button to update the address.
Click on Edit Address link.
User will be directed to Edit Address page.
Update the address details.
Click on Ok button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel.
User will be directed back to Location Address page with the address updated automatically.
Click on Save button to save the record.
