Re-submit/Cancel/Complete a Transfer Student Request
This function allows the users to re-submit, cancel and complete a Student Transfer Request form.
Re-submit a Rejected Transfer Student Request
Roles Involved: School Student Registrar and Class Teacher (MOE_TF_REQUESTR)
Note:
Once the Transfer Request Form is ‘Rejected’, the Current School Student Registrar will receive an email. The Current School Approver and Class Teacher will also receive a copy of the email. To receive the Email notification, kindly make sure that the Electronic Email Address Information is updated in the system via:For the steps on how to update the Electronic Email Address Information, go to Maintain Teacher Electronic Address.

Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Student Movement > Transfer Student > Transfer Student Request.
To find the existing Transfer Student Request, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.
Click on the lookup icon to select the student using the Student ID field, who has requested to re-submit the rejected Transfer Request Form.
User will be directed to the Transfer Request Form page and the status will be ‘Rejected’.
Based on the comments from the Approver, update the Transfer Request Form section.
Once the request form is updated, click on Submit to re-submit the updated Transfer Request Form for the student.
Click on OK button, to proceed to re-submit the Transfer Request form.
Click on Cancel button, to return back to the Transfer Request form without re-submitting it.The status of the re-submitted Transfer Request Form will be updated to ‘Submitted’ and the Request Nbr will remain the same.

Cancel a Transfer Student Request

Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Student Movement > Transfer Student > Transfer Student Request.
To find the existing Transfer Student Request, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.
Click on the lookup icon to select the student who does not want to transfer using the Student ID field.
Based on the comments from the Approver, if required enter any reasons for cancellation and click on Cancel, to cancel the request.
Click on OK button, to proceed to cancel the Transfer Request form.
Click on Cancel button, to return back to the Transfer Request form without cancelling it.Once the request is successfully cancelled, the status will be changed to ‘Cancelled’.

A Transfer Request Form can be cancelled after its’ approved or rejected by the Approver/s.
Complete a Transfer Student Request
Roles Involved: School Student Registrar and Class Teacher (MOE_TF_REQUESTR)
Note:
If there are no clearance checklist items for PRES career in your school, Current School Student Registrar or Current Class Teacher do not have to go through this step (Complete a Transfer Student Request) and continue on to the next step which is the Record the outcome for Student Transfer Requests. If there are clearance checklist items for PRES career in your school, kindly inform MOE – Department of Schools to do the setup. After the MOE – Department of Schools has done the setup, Current School Student Registrar or Current Class Teacher may continue on doing this step (Complete a Transfer Student Request).

Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Student Movement > Transfer Student > Transfer Student Request.
To find the existing Transfer Student Request, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.
Click on the lookup icon to select the student with the approved Transfer Request Form using the Student ID field.
User will be directed to the Transfer Request Form page and the status will be ‘Approved’.
Once the Transfer Request is Approved, finalize the Transfer Request by clicking on the Complete button.
Click on OK button, to proceed to complete the Transfer Request form.
Click on Cancel button, to return back to the Transfer Request form without completing it.Upon clicking OK, click on the Return button on the Confirmation page.
Once the Transfer Request is completed, the Status will be changed to ‘Completed’.

Upon clicking on the Complete button, it will automatically start the clearance process for the transferred student by creating the clearance checklist for him/her. All the Teachers/Persons In-charged of clearance items will be notified via email. To receive the Email notification, kindly make sure that the Electronic Email Address Information is updated in the system via:For the steps on how to update the Electronic Email Address Information, go to Maintain Teacher Electronic Address. The School Admin – Student Clearance or Teachers/Persons In-charged will update the status of the Clearance Checklist Items before proceeding in updating the Student Records. Refer to Update status of the Clearance Checklist Items.
