Receive Curriculum Materials

This function allows the users to receive the textbooks/material from CDD or third party Distributors as indicated in the approved request.

Roles Involved: School Textbook Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Curriculum Management > Curriculum Materials > Receive Textbooks/Materials.

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Result and click Search button.

3. Click onto desired Requisition ID link.

4. Enter the receive details of the Textbook/Material into their respective fields.

5. Select Receiveing Officer ID via Lookup button.

6. Click Save button to save receive details.

7. Updated By and Updated On will be populated when Save button is clicked.

Note:
Quantity on Hand and Quantity in Stock will be incremented in the Curriculum Materials Inventory based on the Quantity Received indicated for each textbook/material.
