Submit and Cancel Reschedule Requests
The function allows the users to request a reschedule date for the test/examination.
Submit Re-schedule Request
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary, Sixth Form School Examination Secretary and School Student Registrar
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Reschedule > Submit Reschedule Request
Click on the Add a New Value tab.
Fill in the information with the help of look up prompt button.
Click on the dropdown list,and select the session.
- Regular Academic Session (Secondary / 6th Form)
- Term 1,2,3 and 4 (Primary)
Click on the look up prompt button to select the subject for reschedule.
Enter comments for submit reschedule request.
Click on the Add Attachment if you want to attach documents.
Click on the Submit button to submit the request.

When the user submit the reschedule request, an email will be sent to the School Principal.
Cancel Re-schedule Request
Roles Involved: School Examination Secretary, Sixth Form School Examination Secretary and School Student Registrar
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Reschedule >Submit Reschedule Request
Click on the Search button to obtain a list of results based on the values you entered.
Note:
Please make sure the results status is pending before attempting to cancel the request.

Before approval, the 'Cancel' button is available on the page for cancellation purposes. After approval, 'Cancel' button will not be available anymore since it has been approved by the Principal. User will have to contact Principal directly if they wish to cancel request.
