Setup and Maintain Course Lists
This function allows the user to setup and maintain course lists such as:
Role Involved:Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Course Lists
	- Navigate to Main Menu > Academic Advisement > Academic Requirements > Define Course Lists 
- User will be directed to Define Course Lists search page.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Program.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Plan.  
 
- Click on the Search button.  
 
- User will be directed to Course List Description page.

	- Navigate to Main Menu > Academic Advisement > Academic Requirements > Define Course Lists 
- User will be directed to Define Course Lists search page.  
 
- Click on Add a New Value tab.  
 
- User will be navigated to the Add a New Value tab.  
 
- Click on Add button to add a new course list.  
 
Note:
 Course List will automatically be assigned a running number.
	
	- User will be directed to Course List Description page.  
 
- Enter the Effective Date as 01/01/1901.  
 
- Click on the dropdown list and select the Status.  
 
- Enter the Description of the Academic Plan along with the subject type. For e.g. Year 7 Core, Year 7 General, etc.  
 
- Enter the Short Description of the subject type, whether it is core, general or elective subject.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Program.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Plan.  
 
- Click on the Course List Detail tab.  
 
- User will be directed to Course List Detail page.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Course ID related to the subject type as stated in description field.  
 
- Click on the ‘+’ button to add the other course id and repeat step 14.  
 
- Click on the Save button to save the record.  
 
Update Course Lists
	- Navigate to Main Menu > Academic Advisement > Academic Requirements > Define Course Lists 
- User will be directed to Define Course Lists search page.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Program.  
 
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Plan.  
 
- Click on the Search button.  
 
- User will be directed to Course List Description page.  
 
- Click on the Course List Detail  tab.  
 
- User will be directed to Course List Detail  page.  
 
- Click on Fetch button to retrieve existing course list.  
 
- Click on Course List Description  tab.  
 
- User will be directed back to Course List Description  page. 
- Click on '+' button to add a new row before updating.  
 
- Enter the Effective Date.  
 
- Update the relevant information. 
- CLick on Save button to save the record.
