Setup and Maintain Athletic Participation Table

This function allows the users to setup and maintain the Athletic Participation Table. The Athletic Participation Table will show the different types of position that is assigned to the student. Such as captain, team member, treasurer, team member and etc.

• Search and View Athletic Participation Table
• Add Athletic Participation Table
• Search and Update Athletic Participation Table
• Search and Deactivate Athletic Participation Table

Search and View Athletic Participation Table

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Athletic Participation Table.

2. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

3. Enter the Athletic Participation Code.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

Add Athletic Participation Table

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Athletic Participation Table.

2. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

3. Click on Add a New Value tab.

4. Enter the Athletic Participation Code.

5. Click on the Add button.

6. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

7. Enter the Effective Date as 01/01/1901.

8. Enter the Description.

9. Enter the Short Description.

10. Click Save button.

Search and Update Athletic Participation Table

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Athletic Participation Table.

2. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

3. Enter the Athletic Participation Code.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

6. Click on ‘+’ button before making any changes.

7. Enter the Effective Date.

8. Update the relevant field.

9. Click Save button.

Search and Deactivate Athletic Participation Table

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Campus Community > Define Campus Community > Setup > Athletic Participation Table.

2. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

3. Enter the Athletic Participation Code.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to the Athletic Participation Table page.

6. Click on ‘+’ button before making any changes.

7. Enter the Effective Date.

8. Set Status as “Inactive”.

9. Click Save button.
