Setup and Maintain Academic Program Security

This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Program Security such as:

• View Academic Program Security
• Setup Academic Program Security

View Academic Program Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Program Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Program Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456), Academic Institution and the Academic Career.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Program Security page where user can see the academic program security given to the user id entered.

Setup Academic Program Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Program Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Program Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456), Academic Institution and the Academic Career.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Program Security page.

6. Click on the All Access button to give the user all the Academic Program access according to their respective Academic Career.

7. Click on the Save button.
