Generate List of Allowance Applications

This function allows the users to generate report to list out all students who applied for allowance.

Roles Involved: School Welfare Officer (MOE_SCHL_WELFARE_OFFCR), School Principal (MOE_SCHL_PRINCIPAL) and Department of Schools (MOE_HQ_DS_ALLOWANCE_OFFCR)

1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

2. Select Query Name from the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_ALLOWANCE_APPLICATIONS in the Begins with field.

Note: The query name to generate this report is specified as MOE_ALLOWANCE_APPLICATIONS

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Click on the HTML link to generate the report online.

6. Enter values in the Institution, Allowance Type, Application Status and Application Date fields.

7. Click on the View Result button.

8. A list of students who have applied for allowances will be generated, along with their details.

9. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link to export the list as an Excel file.
