Search and Maintain Enrolment Cohort and Quota

This function allows the users to maintain enrolment cohort (normal/special needs enrolment) and quota as in school can accept how many students.

Roles involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admission > Enrolment Cohort and Quota

2. Fill in the Campus or Description field to search.

3. Click on Search button or press Enter on your keyboard.

4. User will be directed to Enrolment Cohort and Quota page.

5. Click ‘+’ button the top right end of outer box to update the enrolment cohort and quota.

6. Enter the Effective date for the setup to take effect.

7. Click ‘+’ button in the inner box to add a new cohort type.

8. Select Cohort Type from the drop down list.

9. Enter the Quota if any or can be left blank if none.

10. Click ‘-‘ button to remove a cohort type.

11. A popup box will appear, click on OK button to confirm or Cancel button to cancel the deletion.

12. Click on the Save button to save the details.
