Generate Students CCA Registration List by School

This function allows the users to generate CCA report showing list of students who have enrolled in CCA under specified school.

Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Co-Curriculum Administrator & School CCA Head

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Enter Query Name “MOE_CCA _STDNT_SCH” and Click Search button to search for the query

3. Click on “HTML” to view report in browser or “Excel” to download the report in excel format

4. Specify the value for Institution, Career, Term, Session & Campus

Note:

• For CCA Primary, Session value will be Term 1 or Term 2.
  For CCA secondary and sixth form, Session Value will be “Regular”
• DCC officer will have access to all schools and students. Meanwhile, School CCA head will only have access to their own schools only.

5. Click on the View Results button
