Maintain Student Photo
This function allows the users to maintain student personal data by searching and updating the student photo.
Roles Involved: Class Teacher, Student Registrar, School Admin - Student Records
Search and Update Student Photo
Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Identification (Student) > Photo
To search enter the information of the student by either the Empl ID, National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).
Click on Search button or press enter on the keyboard.
User will be directed to the Photograph page.
Click on the ‘+' button to upload student photo.
A popup box will appear. Click on Choose File button to browse for image.
Click on the Upload button to upload the photo file.
The photo will be uploaded.
Click on Save button to save the uploaded photo.
Click on Ok button at the confirmation page to confirm the photo update.
Note:
Accepts only photos in .JPG fomat.
