Setup and Maintain National ID Type

This function allows the users to setup and maintain the National ID types table. The National ID table will show the different types of National ID for the teacher and student such as IC-Yellow, IC-Purple/Red & IC-Green.

Search and Update National ID Type

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Personal > National ID Type.

2. User will be directed to the National ID Type page.

3. Enter the “BRN” into the Country field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to National ID Type Table page.

6. Click on the ‘+’ add a new National ID type.

7. Fill in the required field which is mark in ‘*’.

8. Click Save button.
