List of High/Low Performers Students and Socio Background

This fuction allows the users to generate report for List of High Performers Students and Socio Background.

Roles Involved: Reports for Department of Planning

1. Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Reports > Low/High Performaers Student

2. Click on the Add a New Value tab.

3. Enter Run Control ID into the field.

Note:

• The Run Control ID CANNOT have any spaces. Eg: 1006 SR PUSAR ULAK.
• User can use underscore '_' or dash '-' in between words. Eg: 1006-SR_PUSAR_ULAK.

4. Click Add button.

5. Select Institution via prompt button.

6. Select Cluster via prompt button.

7. Select Campus via prompt button.

8. Select Performers via dropdown list.

9. Select Exam Type via dropdown list.

10. Select Acad Year via prompt button.

Note:
Fields with (*) indicates that they are required. User will not be able to save the page if any one of them is blank.

11. Click on the Run button to run the process.

12. Select Low/High Performers Student checkbox.

13. Click on the OK button.

14. Take note of Process Instance number to view correct report and click on the Process Monitor link.

Note:
Process Instance number helps user to keep track that the report viewed is the one generated by themselves.

15. Click on the Refresh button.

Note:
Click the refresh button, until Run Status: Success and Distributed Status: Posted.

16. Click Go back to Low/High Performers Student link.

17. Click Report Manager link.

18. Click Administration tab.

19. Click on the MOE_RP_062-MOE_RP_062.xlsx link.

20. Click on the MOE_RP_062.xlsx link to view and save the file.

21. A report will be shown in the Excel format.
