Track Distribution Status of Statement of Entry Forms for Class Teacher

This function allows the users to Track distribution status of Entry Forms to Students.

Update Track Statement of Entry Forms to student

Roles Involved: Class Teacher

1. Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Track Entry Forms – CL Teacher

2. Enter search parameters to narrow down Search Results and click Search button.

3. Select the value from the search Result.

4. Select the Received? selection from the dropdown list.

5. Click on the calendar icon next to the Received Date to select date.

6. Click on Save button.
