Before using iNEIS™ make sure you are connected to the internet:
Using Wifi
- Yes, I have connected to a Wi-fi Connection.
- Yes, signal Strength is good/excellent.
- Yes, my web browser is up-to-date.
- Yes, my device antivirus is up-to-date.
- Yes, I know that the iNEIS™ system is https://system.ineis.moe.gov.bn.
Using Wired
- Yes, I have connected the network cable to the computer.
- Yes, my web browser is up-to-date.
- Yes, my device antivirus is up-to-date.
- Yes, I know that the iNEIS™ system is https://system.ineis.moe.gov.bn.
Using 3G/4G Network
- Yes, my web browser is up-to-date.
- Yes, my device antivirus is up-to-date.
- Yes, I know that the iNEIS™ system is https://system.ineis.moe.gov.bn.
If your school has not met the checklist, you can do the following troubleshooting:
- Are other websites like google.com, yahoo.com working?
