Approve and Reject request for Appeal
This function allows the users to approve or reject the appeal request submitted by the School Admin - Manage Assessment and School Student Registrar.
Approve Appeal Request
Roles Involved: Principals and Deputy Principals
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Appeal > Appeal Request Approval.
Click onto the Search button to obtain a list of results based on the values you entered.
Click on the desired link.
Fill in the remarks/comments in the empty field.
Click on the Approve button.
Click on the OK button.
Appeal Status will be changed to Approved.
Note:
Confirmation box will appear" Are you sure you want to approve this request? Once approved, changes cannot be made. Please click ‘OK’ to approve and ‘Cancel’ to go back to the original page."
Reject Appeal Request
Roles Involved: Principals and Deputy Principals
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Appeal > Appeal Request Approval.

Click on the desired link.
Fill in the remarks/comments in the empty field.
Click on the Reject button.
Click on the OK button.
Appeal Status will be changed to Rejected.

Confirmation box will appear" Are you sure you want to approve this request? Once approved, changes cannot be made. Please click ‘OK’ to approve and ‘Cancel’ to go back to the original page."
