Enter Reviews and Comments
This function allows the users to write a comments for the student's performances based on their Monthly Test, Mid-Year Exam and End of Year Exam. It also allow the class teacher to give comments on their attendance since attendance is automatically populated.
Please verify the following before entering Comments and Reviews:
- The number of students are correct
- The students in the Assessment Mark Entry page are correct
- If missing or wrong enrolment, inform Registrar to correct first before entering marks. DO NOT click Save.
- Assessment Setup
Enter Subject Review and Comments by Subject Teacher
Roles Involved: Subject Teacher
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Feedback > Subject Review and Comments
Click on the Search button.
Select the desired link.
Click on the dropdown list, and select for student attitude.
Enter a comments for the student in the Comments field..
Click on the Save button.
After save, the Updated by and Updated on is populated.
Note:
'Comments Yet to be Provided' will show if the Subject Teacher does not modify the comments.
Note:
Some Assessment, there will only be marks and no grades. For such, the grade column will be blank. For the blank marks, the system will display NA instead of blanks.
Enter Overall Review and Comments by Class Teacher
Roles Involved: Class Teacher
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Feedback > Overall Review and Comments
Click on the Search button.
Select the desired link.
Click individual comments to view the student performance given by the Subject Teacher.
Click on the OK button to return to the previous page.
Enter a comment for the student in the Comments field.
Click on the dropdown list, and select the Punctuality the student.
Click on the dropdown list, and select the Conduct the student.
Click on the Save button.
Note:
'Comments Yet to be Provided' will show if the Class Teacher leave the comments blank.
Enter Subject Review and Comments for Year 7 and Year 8 by Subject Teacher
Roles Involved: Subject Teacher
Navigate to Main menu > Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Feedback > Subject Comments Year 7 and 8
Click on the Search button.
Select the desired link.
Click on the dropdown list of the Domains to evaluate the students. There’s a legend / key to explain what each Domain represents.
Enter a comments for the student in the Comments field.
Click on the Save button.
After save, the Updated By and Updated On is populated.
Note:
Comments yet to be provided will be defaulted if the Subject Teacher has not entered any comments for the student.
