List of Primary Students Religious Education

Roles Involved: Class Teacher, School Administrator-Student Records, School Student Registrar, MOE - Manage Student Records Officer and Reports for Department of Planning

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_SR_014” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_SR_014 - Primary stdnts religious educa window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note: User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

10. Click on the View Results button.

11. A pop-up box will appear for user to save the report. Click on the OK button.

12. A report will be shown in the excel format.
