Student Home Address

Roles Involved: School Student Registrar

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_RPT_SR_018” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to download query results in Excel.

7. User will be directed to MOE_RPT_SR_018 – Student Home Address window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Campus.

Note: User should only be able to select and view reports on their own campus.

10. Click on the View Results button.

11. A pop-up box will appear for the user to save the report. Click on the OK button.
