Setup and Maintain Academic Organisation Security

This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Organisation Security such as:

• View Academic Organisation Security
• Setup Academic Organisation Security
• Update Academic Organisation Security

View Academic Plan Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Org Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456).

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Org Security page where user can see the academic organisation security given to the user id entered.

Note: Academic Org security should have the same campus value as in Institution/Campus security.

Setup Academic Organisation Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Org Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Org Security page.

6. Click on the look-up button and select the Academic Organisation.

Note: Academic Org security should have the same campus value as in Institution/Campus security.

7. Click on the Save button.

Update Academic Organisation Security

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Security > Secure Student Administration > User ID > Academic Org Security.

2. User will be directed to the Academic Org Security search page.

3. Enter the User ID (for e.g. 00123456) and the Academic Institution.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Academic Org Security page.

6. Update the Acad Org of the user.

7. Click on the “+” button to add more Academic Organisation to the user.

8. Click on the look-up button and select the Academic Organisation.

Note: Academic Org security should have the same campus value as in Institution/Campus security.

9. Click on the Save button.
