Generate Unreturned Textbooks Report

This function allows the users to view the list of unreturned textbooks/materials by students.

Roles Involved: School Textbook Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. Click Search By dropdown and select Description from the list.

3. Enter Unreturned textbooks into the field to the left.

4. Click Search button.

5. Click Run to HTML link to open the report.

6. Select the Acad Year, Insitutionand Campus using the Lookup button.

7. Click onto View Results button.

8. The list of submitted requests and thier details will be shown on the page.
