Teachers with List of Students

Roles Involved: School Administrator-Teacher Records & MOE - Manage Teacher Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.

2. User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.

3. Enter “MOE_TCHR_STDNT_LIST” into the search field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.

6. Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.

7. User will be directed to MOE_TCHR_STDNT_LIST - Teachers with list of students window.

8. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Institution.

9. Click on the lookup button and select the Cluster.

10. Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career.

11. Click on the lookup button and select the Term.

12. Click on the lookup button and select the Subject.

13. Click on the lookup button and select the Role.

14. Click on the View Results button.

15. A pop-up box will appear for user to save the report. Click on the OK button.

16. A report will be shown in the excel format.
