Setup and Maintain Academic Subject Table
This function allows the user to setup and maintain the academic subject such as:
Role Involved:Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Academic Subject
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Subject Table
User will be directed to Academic Subject Table search page.
Enter “MOE01” into the Academic Institution field.
Enter the Subject Area field.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Academic Subject Table page.

Add Academic Subject
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Subject Table
User will be directed to the Academic Program Table search page.
Click on Add a New Value tab.
User will be navigated to Add a New Value tab.
Enter the Academic Institution.
Enter the Subject Area.
Note:
Subject Area should only be 3 characters.
Click on Add button.
User will be directed to Academic Subject Table page.
Enter the Effective Date.
Click on the dropdown menu and select the Status.
Enter the Description of the academic subject.
Enter the Short Description of the academic subject.
Enter the Formal Description of the academic subject.
Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Organization as "MOE01".
Ensure the checkbox is checked for Application to CM.
Click on Save button to save the record.
Update Academic Subject
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table
User will be directed to the Academic Subject Table search page.
Enter the Subject Area.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to Academic Subject page.
Click on the '+' button to update the details.
Enter the Effective Date.
Update the relevant information.
Click on Save button to save the record.
