Generate Discipline-Counselling Status Report

This function allows the users to generate discipline . Cunselling cases in the school.

Roles Involved: Discipline Teacher & Principals

1. Navigate to the Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer

2. Select Query Name From the Search By drop-down menu.

3. Enter MOE_DI_DICSL in the Begins with field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. Entered query name will be shown.

6. Search for the required query name and click on the HTML link.

7. You will be directed to MOE_DI_DICSL page.

8. Select or Enter the values in the Start Date, End Date and Campus fields.

Note:
Searched result will be based on start date and end date

9. Click on the View Result button.

10. The report will generate discipline/counselling cases in the school.

11. Click on the Excel Spreadsheet link.

12. Click on the Save button

13. View the result of the report in excel format.
