Maintain Student Special Needs
This function allows the users to maintain student special needs by searching and updating the student special needs requirement.
Roles Involved: Class Teacher, School Admin - Student Records and School Student Registrar
Search and Update Student Special Needs Information
Navigate to Main Menu > Campus Community > Personal Information (Student) > Health Information (Student) > Special Needs (Student)
To search enter the information of the student by either the ID, National ID (Eg: 00123456), Birth Certificate ID (Eg: 1234-78).
Click on the Search button or press enter on the keyboard.
Click on ‘+’ button to the top right of the outer box to add new special needs details.
Click on the look-up button and select the Special Needs Type.
Click on the drop down list and select the Status of the Special Needs.
If applicable, click on the lookup button and select the Start Term when the special needs started.
If applicable, click on the lookup button and select the End Term when the special needs ended.
Note:
Set Status to Active if student requires special need.
Set Status to Inactive when student has already recovered.
Note:
If special needs is long term then Start Term and End Term is not applicable.
