Assign HEP Officer
This function allows the users to assign HEP Officer to handle disciplinary cases that has been escalated by school.
Roles Involved: MOE - HEP Officer
Navigate to Main menu > Student Discipline > Disciplinary Escalation HEP
Click Search button to see full list of Incident Log
Select one of the cases
User will be re-direct to Disciplinary Escalation HEP page
For new unassigned case, the officer is by default assigned to the first user who open the case.
Click Officer Assigned look-up button to assign officer to handle this case
Click Save button to save the changes made
Note:
User can also fill in the search parameter to filter the search result as well. For example, key-in specific school code to see list of escalated disciplinary cases from the specific school only
