Setup and Maintain Citizenship Status

This function allows the users to setup and maintain the citizenship types table. The citizenship table will show the different types of citizenship for the teacher and student such as non-citizen, stateless and etc.

Search and Update Citizenship Status

Roles Involved: MOE HQ – Teacher Records Officer and MOE HQ – Student Records Officer

1. Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up HRMS > Foundation Tables > Personal > Citizen Status.

2. User will be directed to the Citizen Status page.

3. Enter the “BRN” into the Country field.

4. Click on the Search button.

5. User will be directed to Citizen Status Table page.

6. Click on the ‘+’ to add a new citizenship.

7. Fill in the required field which is mark in ‘*’.

8. Click Save button.
