Setup & Maintain School Catchment Areas (MOE)
This function allows the users to setup and maintain school catchment areas details such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View School Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Maintain School Catchment Area.
Enter the Campus in the Search Criteria.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to the Maintain School – Catchment Areas page.
Click on View All link to view all catchment areas assigned to school.
Click on Return to Search button to search and view other school catchment areas.
Add School Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Maintain School Catchment Area.
Click on Add a New Value tab.
Enter the Campus code.
Click on the Add button.
User will be directed to the Maintain School – Catchment Areas page.
Click on the dropdown button and select the District.
Click on the dropdown button and select the Zone/Cluster.
Click on the dropdown button and select the Area Type.
Click on the dropdown button and select the Category Type.
Click on the lookup button and select the Catchment Area.
Click on the “+” button to add more Catchment Area.
Repeat Step 11.
When user is done with the Catchment Area, click on the Save button.
Update School Catchment Area
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Recruiting and Admissions > Maintain School Catchment Area.
Enter the Campus in the Search Criteria.
Click on the Search button.
User will be directed to the Maintain School – Catchment Areas page.
Click on the “+” button at the top right corner before making any changes.
Update the necessary details.
Click on the “+” button to add more Catchment Area.
Click on the lookup button to select Catchment Area.
Click on the “-” button to delete Catchment Area.
A Delete Confirmation box will appear. Click on OK to delete.
When user is done with the update, click on the Save button.
