List of Prospective Students Targets for Each School
Roles Involved: School Student Registrar, Principal, Ministry of Education - Department of Schools Administrator and Reports for Department of Planning
Navigate to Main menu > Reporting Tools > Query > Query Viewer.
User will be directed to the Query Viewer search page.
Enter “MOE_RPT_RE_006” into the search field.
Click on the Search button.
The Search Results will appear at the bottom of the Query Viewer.
Click on the Excel link to view the report in excel format.
User will be directed to MOE_RPT_RE_006 – prospective students target window.
Click on the lookup button and select the Institution.
Click on the lookup button and select the Campus in which student previously attended.
Click on the lookup button and select the Career of the students.
Click on the lookup button and select the Term in which student completed studies. For e.g. If student graduated Year 6 in 2015 then select the last term for the year which is 1530.
Click on the View Results button.
A report will be shown in the excel format.
Note:
User should be able to select other campus to look for students that have already been graduated by previous school.
