Setup and Maintain Academic Program
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Program such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Academic Program
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table 
- User will be directed to Academic Program Table search page.  
Add Academic Program
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table 
- User will be directed to the Academic Program Table search page.  
- For Secondary program begin with SC followed by program acronym. 
- For Sports School program begin with SS followed by program acronym. 
- For Sixth Form program begin with SF followed by program acronym. 
- Click on the lookup button and select the First Term Valid when the academic program will begin.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career. Grading Scheme, GB Default for Transfer Credit and Default Grade – Transfer Credit will be automatically filled.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Group as “MOE”.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Level Rule as “MOE”.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Calendar to be applied.  
- Click on the drop down menu and select the Transcript Level as “Official”.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Campus that will offer the academic program. FA Campus, Registrar Campus and Advisement Campus will be automatically filled.  
- Click on the lookup button and select the Business Unit as “MOE01”.  
Note:
Update Academic Program
- Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table 
- User will be directed to the Academic Program Table search page.
