Setup and Maintain Academic Program
This function allows the users to Setup and Maintain the Academic Program such as:
Roles Involved: Ministry of Education – Department of Schools Administrator
View Academic Program
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table
User will be directed to Academic Program Table search page.
Add Academic Program
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table
User will be directed to the Academic Program Table search page.
For Secondary program begin with SC followed by program acronym.
For Sports School program begin with SS followed by program acronym.
For Sixth Form program begin with SF followed by program acronym.
Click on the lookup button and select the First Term Valid when the academic program will begin.
Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Career. Grading Scheme, GB Default for Transfer Credit and Default Grade – Transfer Credit will be automatically filled.
Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Group as “MOE”.
Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Level Rule as “MOE”.
Click on the lookup button and select the Academic Calendar to be applied.
Click on the drop down menu and select the Transcript Level as “Official”.
Click on the lookup button and select the Campus that will offer the academic program. FA Campus, Registrar Campus and Advisement Campus will be automatically filled.
Click on the lookup button and select the Business Unit as “MOE01”.

Update Academic Program
Navigate to Main Menu > Set Up SACR > Foundation Tables > Academic Structure > Academic Program Table
User will be directed to the Academic Program Table search page.
