Trigger Email Notification Date Setup
This function allows the users to trigger email notification for collection of result slips to School Principals.
Activate Email Notification
Roles Involved: MOE – Department of School Administration
Navigate to Academic Staff > Assessment and Exams > Exams > Process > Email Notification
- The Run Control ID CANNOT have any spaces. Eg: 1006 SR PUSAR ULAK.
- User can use underscore '_' or dash '-' in between words. Eg: 1006-SR_PUSAR_ULAK.
Select the Institution, Career, Term and Session via lookup button.
Take note of Instance Number and Click onto Process Monitor link.
Email to School Principals and School Examination Secretary will be sent according to date specified in Email Notification Setup.

Note: Click onto Refresh button at intervals until the process Status is Success and Distributed Status is Posted.
