Reject a Submitted Transfer Student Request Form
This function allows the user (Current School Approver) to reject a ‘Submitted’ Transfer Student Request.
Roles Involved: Head of Registrar (MOE_TF_APPROVER)
Note:
Once the Transfer Request Form is ‘Submitted’, the Current School Approver will receive an email. The Current School Student Registrar and Class Teacher will also receive a copy of the email. To receive the Email notification, kindly make sure that the Electronic Email Address Information is updated in the system via:For the steps on how to update the Electronic Email Address Information, go to Maintain Teacher Electronic Address.

Navigate to Main Menu > Records and Enrollment > Student Movement > Transfer Student > Transfer Student Request.
To find the submitted Transfer Student Request, click on the Find an Existing Value tab.
Enter or click on the lookup icon to search for the Student ID of the student who submitted a transfer request in the Student ID field.
User will be directed to the Transfer Request Form page and the status will be ‘Submitted’.
Review the submitted Transfer Request Form. Click on the View Attachment button to view the attached document if it is available.
After the review, if the transfer request is to be rejected, enter the reasons for the rejection into the Remarks/Comments in the ‘Request Approval’ section.
Click on the Reject button to reject the Transfer Request Form.
Click on OK button, to proceed to reject the Transfer Request form.
Click on Cancel button, to return back to the Transfer Request form without rejecting it.Upon clicking OK, click on the Return button on the Confirmation page.
Once the rejection is successfully saved, the Status will be changed to ‘Rejected’.
Note:
The Remarks/Comments section is mandatory when the Current School Approver rejects the Transfer Request.
